Analytics Reporting

As a part of my responsibilities with North Alabama’s social media, I began creating monthly social media reports so that we could better understand trends on our platforms. Analyzing reach, engagement, and shares to track the success of our posts helped us gauge what content is working, and adjustments that can be made to better communicate the UNA message.

Content Creation

As a part of a small team overseeing the social media content for the University of North Alabama, I managed all photo and video assets that are used on our channels. The content calendar for each platform is created a month in advance, and each piece of content, from colors to messaging, is planned and executed with great attention to detail.
